Matching Jaguars

We have two immaculate Jaguar saloon cars. The X300 is a 3.2 Sport model while the XJ40 is a 4.0 litre with switchable Sports Auto box. Both Jaguars are finished in matching Flamenco Red complemented by full Grey leather interiors. These vehicles ooze class and both have that classic XJ series look.

All vehicles are meticulously valeted inside and out prior to wedding bookings to make sure they look their very best on the big day.

Vehicle Dressing

The Ribbons and Bows for the Wedding Cars come in a good selection of colours. We will do our best to match available ribbon colours to any fabric sample supplied. The rear window parcel shelves are draped in folds of white linen with a bouquet of our silk flowers nestling in the centre. These bouquets are specially prepared for us by a professional local florist. Fresh bouquets of flowers can be supplied at additional cost.

The Wedding Itinerary

In order to give a firm accurate quotation and to be able to ascertain if its feasible for us to undertake each and every hire we need to know the planned itinerary intended for the Wedding Cars. A typical wedding itinerary would need the following information. The date, time, departure address, ceremony address and reception address. Included in any price quoted is one hour for photographs after the ceremony at a location within a five mile radius. Typically the hire starts when the cars depart our base and finish upon their return.

Additional Wedding Transport

For that special day you might consider alternative transport for the bride and grooms families rather than driving themselves. We have two pristine people carriers available that make an excellent addition to any wedding entourage. They are both full 6 passenger vehicles.

Evening Transportation

The evening reception will likely have several different generations of family and friends in attendance. Many of who will be accommodated close by in hotels and guesthouses having traveled to attend this special day. It’s likely that for larger weddings there will be a coach or coaches laid on at either end of the evenings celebrations. Unfortunately with Mums, Dads, Grandparents, Children, Family and Friends in attendance some people are going to inevitably want to retire early. Why not hire a private hire minibus or MPV with driver from us to have on standby. A convenient shuttle service for your family and friends

Terms and Conditions

Once we have taken your provisional booking we will require a deposit to secure the hire. The outstanding balance is to be paid in full two weeks prior to the booking date. An invoice will be sent out for settlement approximately one month before the wedding date. The deposit and the final payment are non-refundable in the event of the wedding being canceled.
